Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa allows you to flow from one pose to the next using your breath. It is one of the most popular styles of modern yoga. 

I teach gentle vinyasa classes, using clear instructions to ensure that you listen to your body and embrace how you feel. I want you to feel confident and relaxed and will create this atmosphere for you on your mat. I often use music during classes.

Private Classes £50

Perhaps you have a specific requirement and would like a one-to-one session? Or would like to go over some of the yoga basics before attending a public class? These classes can be tailored to meet a specific need.  I am very happy to discuss your requirements. If you live locally, I can come to you.

RESTORATIVE 

With the use of props, restorative yoga allows your body to completely relax and rest. It is a great way to slow down and open up the body through passive stretching.
