What if we have never tried yoga before? Yoga is not about how flexible you are. All you need is an open mind and be prepared to give some time to yourself. Classes are taught for all levels from complete beginners to more advanced. The style of class is gentle vinyasa flow which means that the movement is synchronised to the breath, with clear instruction about alignment.
What do we need? All you need is space in the office for a class, some comfortable clothes to stretch in, and a mat. Some mats can be provided upon request.
How does it work? Simply contact me and we can discuss the available office space and schedule a time that works for you (morning, lunch time or evening).
