RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative yoga uses props and passive poses. The poses are usually held for longer periods of time to enable deep relaxation. Each pose has its own unique physical benefit and is gentle on the joints.  This style of yoga can help you to unwind and improve flexibility.
