She gives clear and detailed instructions, provides assistance should you need it and I always leave the class with a calm, quiet mind. The music, lighting and flow through the poses is extremely relaxing... but I definitely feel it the next day too! I cannot say enough good things about Sarah and would recommend to anyone thinking of trying this class to give it a go!”
