Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa allows you to flow from one pose to the next using your breath. It is one of the most popular styles of modern yoga.
I teach gentle vinyasa classes, using clear instructions to ensure that you listen to your body and embrace how you feel. I want you to feel confident and relaxed and will create this atmosphere for you on your mat. I often use music during classes.

With the use of props, restorative yoga allows your body to completely relax and rest. It is a great way to slow down and open up the body through passive stretching.
