Classes
VINYASA FLOW
Vinyasa yoga synchronises the movement to the breath, allowing you to flow from one pose to the next. It helps to create a more balanced body through a variety of postures.
ZEN HEN PARTIES
Stretch, breathe and giggle your way through a gentle and fun filled yoga session on your hen. This class will prepare you for the day ahead or help awaken your body the morning after!
RESTORATIVE
With the use of props, restorative yoga allows your body to completely relax and rest. It is a great way to slow down and open up the body through passive stretching.
OFFICE YOGA
Increase balance, productivity and staff wellness with yoga classes at the office. Take time away from your screen and tend to yourself on the mat. These classes help to increase focus and mindfulness in the work place.
CHILDREN & TEENS
Yoga can benefit children and young people in many ways. It can help to reduce stress and anxiety, as well as improve physical fitness and mental health.

Favourite Pose
Dancer's pose. This pose offers so many benefits from strengthening the legs, openings the hips and chest to increasing flexibility in the spine. It requires strength, balance and focus. It took me a while to learn how to do this pose but I learnt to completely focus my mind on my breath and body. I love how it makes me feel both graceful and powerful. At the same time, it also tells me exactly where my mind is- when my mind shifts, I start to wobble!

Challenging Pose
Camel Pose. This is a deep back-bending pose. It stimulates the nervous system and opens the chest and shoulders. It also increases circulation and is good for improving digestion. The part I find most challenging about this pose is ensuring that I engage my core fully to prevent me collapsing in the lower back, whilst also trying to maintain strength through my neck. If I donβt feel confident in this pose, I often keep my chin on my chest.
